Lauren Taylor: Project Manager in San Clemente, CA

I'm currently the Project Manager of the Floral Department at Archive Rentals in San Clemente, CA. Archive Rentals is an event design house and specialty rental company. I handle all floral clients & accounts, carry out all event orders from start to finish including communicating with clients directly throughout the process.

At Masterpiece International, I was responsible for assisting in the coordination of shipping arrangements for objects traveling nationally and internationally for sale, donation, and exhibitions. Duties included: preparing shipping estimates and airline documents, vendor bookings, courier coordination, etc. I corresponded closely with international and national colleagues in museums, other fine art shipping companies, and airlines to ensure the safe keeping of traveling artwork.

Responsible for assisting in coordinating exhibition and events held at the gallery as well as all aspects of administration and marketing (website maintenance, graphic design, press releases, email blast, sales, database maintenance), exhibition installation and design, and lighting.
