I have over twenty years’ experience in sales, marketing and e-commerce. From starting on the ground floor with start-ups developing a sales, marketing and brand placement strategy to developing and maintaining an independent sales force over multiple countries. I have experience in the action sports industry (hard and soft lines), as well as housewares and hydration (water bottles, sports hydration packs as well as tumblers and lunch items).
Some of my recent achievements include:
•	In my current position, our company was awarded e-commerce retailer of the year (housewares division) for Kohl’s Dept. Store 2010.
•	I started the sales team of in-house and independent sales reps head of Shredz USA in 1998 for the European ski/snowboard softline market.
•	In my last position, I oversee a two departments and 10 brands with a business of over 20 million dollars annually.
•	I started as a team rider for Gates Ski Gloves in the early 90’s and have learned the action sports business from the bottom up.
•	I have led many teams, in excess of 50 people, for many different types of sales and development projects.
•	I have an extensive knowledge of the Ski/Snowboard, Skate and Surf industry.
•	Brand management experience.
•	Sourcing and cost analysis for multiple brands from the U.S. and China.
