I am currently attending El Camino College where I plan to get my associates degree in two years then transfer to Cal State Long Beach for my bachelors degree. I am majoring in business administration and the reason why I chose this major is because no matter what business your in; automotive, apparel, medical, and food preparation. At the end of the day, it's a business and in order for any business to be successful, you need the right people to get the job done. It's the people running the business, like a machine, that defines the outcome of the success for that business. I want to improve in not only my job performance but for my education and I'm motivated to start my college career so that I can contribute my degree to a prestigious company. I desire stability and I have the motivation and strive to go after my goals and make sure I go above and beyond the expectation. I have 5 years plus administration and clerical experience behind me but I know I can contribute in bringing a smooth running and positive work flow to a company.

•	Check all voicemails in the morning thru RingCentral and via-email
•	Relay all messages from the night before and over the weekend via Skype
•	Check and reply to all client e-mails and inter department correspondence. 
•	Answer all incoming calls and transfer only if approved or call is scheduled by the SEO manager or sales rep. Take messages if manager or sales rep is unavailable and schedule phone conference calls.
•	Schedule boarding calls for managers on every new client intake processed. 
•	Create welcome e-mails for all new client intakes.
•	Continuous updates on daily spreadsheets: Pipeline (Incoming new client leads thru Swell’s website. Gather and update client’s info on our spreadsheet) SEO Client Intake Form (Data of all our new and past clients) Update and remove clients from our cancelation spreadsheet. OC Client Form (Update most recent spreadsheet of pending and new clients) 
•	Assist with inventory check of office supplies and break room supplies.

•	Answer all incoming calls and delegate the call to the right department.
•	Assist all customer service orders with recent or past transactions and compliant issues.
•	Make necessary changes regarding billing and shipping information on all orders.
•	Resolve all FEDEX issues with efficacy on shipping issues 
•	Assist in creating shipping labels for customer service orders, fundraising, and wholesale orders
•	Assisted fundraising department with sample kits requests on up and coming fundraisers 
•	Data entry duties via excel and weekly updates on all: shipping log, address removals, catalog request, and customer compliant log
•	Some reception duties: Coverage, mail distribution incoming and outgoing, sign in and check list of all visitors with appointments.


Customer Service/Admin Assistant

Providing every guest with the best customer service and assisting them with any questions regarding the agency.
		Signing in all appointments and assisting in their application process before meeting with an AppleOne representative.
		Receive all incoming calls calls diligently and route them to the appropriate person. 
		Scheduling and rescheduling of all applicant appointments for representatives.
		Phone recruiting of applicants for potential in person interview.

Operations Associate

Run weekly Monday reports. Reports: On Order (Via Full Circle) OTS Reports, Projections, Weekly Best Sellers.
		Respond to all incoming e-mails on Annette’s behalf if she was not in the office. 
		 Schedule all up and coming meetings with Vendors.
		Assisted in dress department in organizing all fabrics and beaded trimmings 
		Reconcile all private documentation. Filing. 
		Screen all calls before transferring them to Annette (CEO).      
		Bookkeeping and accounting “Budget to Move”.         
		Organize Annette’s office to keep a professional and clean appearance.  
		Make copies of all samples photos taken (European Shopping 2015) to create booklets for up and coming ideas. Patterns to body ideas.
		Print out “Cost sheets” for sale’s department.        
		Do lunch runs for Annette and order lunch for major department meetings.   
		“Go To” woman for all miscellaneous duties.

Administrative Assistant to CEO

Maintaining a clean and organized front lobby daily.
		Answering all calls coming into reception and ensuring they are directed the correct department or individual, taking written messages as needed
		Greeting any guest visitors and directing them to the appropriate contact. Including sign-ins.
		Lunch runs for CFO and CEO. Responsible for planning and catering special company events and meetings. 
		Responsible for sorting daily mail, receive any packages, and delivering to the right recipient and department. 
		Managing conference room scheduling. All up and coming meetings were booked by me.  
		Maintaining a companywide supply check list and was responsible for ordering all supplies for retail locations, corporate, and any other special requests from Uline, Staples, Advantage, and Costco
		Responsible for planning all company events, parties, and special monthly functions.
		Schedule appointments, book flights/hotel stay, coordinate company yearly events. Biggest event "PROJECT, VEGAS". 
		Executing all companywide memos regarding events, meetings, concerns, reminders and special announcements.
		Assisting Sales Manager with business development by cold calling and sending any product information to potential buyers.  Responsible for updating and organizing sample inventory.
		Weekly Reports every Monday turn in by Friday. Open and Shipped inventory reports. Bootlegger Buckle Reports.
		 Assisting design team with any CAD updates and preparing design inspiration/concept presentations by category and season.

Front Desk Administrative Assistant

Answered all incoming calls, scheduled meetings, and sorted daily mail.
		Greeted and signed in all guests and vendors.
		Maintained a clean work area and corporate showroom at all times.
		Reviewed, organized, steamed, prepared and inspected all inventory for photoshoots.
