Demonstrate strong leadership by maintaining extensive merchandising requirements, involved in execution of opening four new stores, built out all directives and coached sales teams
Conduct staff meetings for all managers on performance indicators like product placement, floor moves, store presentation and company standards
Run weekly and monthly strategy reports to analyze business trends and make recommendations
Design displays to make the store experience interactive and engaging by arranging new items in favorable areas for optimal sales
Maintain monthly budget of expenses from labor costs to supplies
