SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGEMENT ANALYST 3

Purchasing of raw material and components for 747, 767, 737 and 787 airplane programs.  Daily status reporting for material management to all levels of company including 1st line leadership, 2nd line leadership, and executive levels.  Responsible for tracking part status at non -Boeing outside processing sites throughout L.A., CA, Ft. Worth, TX, and Seattle, WA.  Travel required to non -Boeing support sites for status updates and meetings with multiple levels within each organization.

SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGEMENT ANALYST 2

Daily reporting of production status to multiple levels of company including CEO, CFO, COO, project management, quality management, and shop supervisors.  Maintained production schedules across 16 CNC machines, assembly schedules, quality inspection schedules, programming schedules, and shipping schedules.  Manufactured parts supplied to Boeing Commercial, Boeing Defense, Lockheed Martin, Northrup Grumman, and Spirit AeroSystems.  Parts identified using alpha numeric standard for aerospace.

Responsible for managing shipping/ receiving processes in retail environment.  Built employee shift schedules to accommodate work -life balance for delivery team.  Gained experience in conflict resolution both internally and externally with employees and daily customer interaction.  Managed mass receival inventory process of 4 new store locations.  Part of yearly inventory cycle counting team.
