• Sponsor and partner liaison for the project
• Arranging and managing meetings and distributing contact reports for all sponsors & partners
• Booking and managing accommodation for sponsors and key project team
• VVIP/ VIP Guest List management
• Sourcing and contracting vehicle partners/ suppliers in Cape Town
• Collating and managing the transfer schedule with the assistance of the relevant vehicle supplier
• Packing and distributing guests' VIP passes and welcome packs.

• Planned a variety of events including internal corporate events, long service awards and sales/ marketing conferences with the guidance of the event manager;
• Book and place events at respective properties
• Manage and place events in the individual Sun Park venues with the assistance of the venue owner (Circa)
• Manage event budgets with the supervision of the head of department
• Worked closely with the various General Managers, operations teams and chefs to ensure all guests requirements are met.

Events Coordinator/ Department Coordinator

• Assist the sports and promotions sales team with events/ bookings.
• Assist with the distribution of documentation.  Receive information from clients
• Collating of confidential documents, letters, taking care of department's stationery, orders, invoices, accounts, maintenance and management of all filing with all information pertaining to sports department, receiving of clients in the office, organizing meetings, flight reservations on Rennies Travel Market (Galileo).
• Receiving e-mails for the Manager and distribution to respective recipients.
• Administering the Departmental Budgets and cellphone accounts claims
• Booking and co-ordination of accommodation and special requests.
• Liaison between Nedbank Golf Challenge Sponsors and the Tournament Director
• Ordering and distribution of Events' tickets to relevant sponsors/ clients;
• Managing the tournament's rooming 'waitlist';
• Ensuring that the sponsors' needs are attended to during the Nedbank Golf Challenge;
• Processing of invoices and updating of the Departmental cost summary.
