triad management, merchandising team, front end digital operations, and operations teams.
§ Rolled out first-ever 3-year footwear strategy that provided overall cohesiveness to work being performed by team
while optimizing productivity.
§ Engineered near-complete elimination of late work and re-work; enforced new footwear product creation calendar
which compelled team into showing up complete / organized (100% on-time physical samples) at category checkpoints.
§ Built up PLM team subject matter expertise by implementing mandatory monthly in-person / digital consumer
connections which solidified reputation as go-to consumer knowledge resource.
§ Reduced new line creation by 72% in 3 years that allowed team to focus on doing the work that mattered to consumers

by expanding offering into classic iconic models and introducing Unlocked concept which enabled expert level

§ Led Wiiv partnership to develop customized, personalized insoles for $40-50 up-charge to generate $10-12 million per
year; enabled consumer feet to be scanned by iPhone app to create 3-D printed insole placed into shoes by Wiiv.
Footwear Product Director NIKE SB (Skateboard)
Asked by VP of Global Footwear to turn around 2-person team within company's most irreverent, energy driving category at Nike catering to skaters, sneakerheads and participants in both skate and sneaker culture. Oversaw $475 million product
line with 100+ SKUs. Administered product creation process from consumer insights, line planning, and briefing through
triad management. Closely partnered with merchandising and sales teams to create product line conveying SB vision and took consumers someplace new.
§ Transitioned staff satisfaction scores from lowest category into one of leading categories; engineered transformation
of underperforming, dysfunctional creative team into high-impact business unit that energized marketplace.
§ Mentored veteran senior PLM who was barely performing into becoming highly successful and promoted to training
category; took time to get to know employee and find pathways forward that enabled them to be more productive.
§ Generated instant 100% sell-through for Nike SB drops and validated consumer appetite via high resale prices; drove
marketplace energy by working closely with skaters (Nyjah Houston, Lacey Baker, Grant Taylor) and streetwear legends
(Jeff Staple, Todd Bratrud, Soulland) to raise product profiles.
§ Grew futures bookings in SP19 +5% for first time in 6 seasons; built alliance with merchandising and sales teams to understand consumer and account needs across marketplace.
Global Footwear Operations Director
Transitioned from previous roles dissolution into position leading 3-person team fulfilling requests of Senior Global
Footwear Leadership which supported all category footwear teams across line planning, calendar, metrics, imagery, product
review build-outs, and other processes. Compiled data, presented to categories, and guided footwear image process.
§ Increased on-time footwear image approvals from below 50% to over 80%; launched new process to help categories
collect samples and worked with tech team to address security leaks in Adobe Scene 7.
§ Fostered collaborative community building among category leadership members by creating high-value monthly
meetings discussing common topics which allowed teams across all categories to interact.
§ Exited low-performing employee to keep team focus on aggressive goal achievement; created action plan with clear

General Manager Doernbecher Freestyle
Brought on board halfway through first year of annual program within Nike which allows patients to create their own
footwear and apparel to raise funds for hospital; specific tasked to fix logistics affecting team of 75 volunteer employees and became general manager / leader. Set annual strategic vision and tactical program execution, which included
assembling teams, creating product, producing yearly unveilings, planning fundraising auction, ensuring timely delivery,
and launch of retail collection.
§ Sped up product creation every year to 7 months as part of building life-changing experiences for Doernbecher kids;
motivated and communicated with teams to keep them aligned to functions.
§ Propelled team into raising $27 million for Doernbecher Children's Hospital during tenure; maintained charitable
program within Nike and set strong strategic vision that won buy-in / continued support from senior Nike leadership.
§ Partnered with Doernbecher Board of Directors and gave 2x yearly presentations that strengthened alignment between
Nike and Doernbecher strategic vision and program goals.
