•	Attained record sales in just one year through a multi-channel sales approach that included: direct sales, specialty retail, big box and international distributors.
•	Lead negotiations to introduce Inboard into the Big Box channel and successfully did it through Best Buy. 
•	Successfully negotiated and executed exclusive international distribution agreements for EMEA, APAC and LATAM.

Key Contributions:

•	Oversaw operations for all retail locations and watersport concessions. Responsibilities included hiring personnel, monthly work schedule creation, establish sales goals, create standard operating procedures, create various email marketing campaigns and organize sales driven in-store events as well as hardgoods demo events.

•	Through the creation of a private sales division that catered to high profile customers from the Latin America, Caribbean, and Europe helped the company attained record sales.

•	Contribute to further develop TKS private label apparel line by advising on fabric selection and design selection. 

•	Main buyer for hardgood brands such as North Kiteboarding, Cabrinha Kiteboarding, Naish SUP’s, GoPro, Surftech as well as Softgood men’s apparel brands like Patagonia, Katin, Banks, Topo

First quadrupled green-certified commercial printer in the State of Florida and pioneers in creating the first "Green Printing practices" guidelines for commercial printers. 

Key Contributions: 

•	Responsible for developing the “Green Printing Practices” guidelines and established the program for the shop. The program entailed restructuring the paper sourcing workflow in order to comply with FSC, SFI and PEFC regulations. 

•	Created and executed a follow-up program for existing customers to retain and increase their business year-over-year.

•	Advised the company on marketing strategies and helped create new campaigns to target and acquire clients in specifics industries such as real estate and health insurance providers.
