* Orchestrated, negotiated and navigated full complement of scholarships and migration to Pac-10 in 2005
* From 2005-2019, beat and/or found result against 40+nationally ranked teams, cracked country's top 30 poll seven different seasons in 15-year period, while having only two losing teams during non-conference play
* 3 NCAA Tournament appearances in 2005, 2006, and 2016
* 2016 team ranked as high as 7th in the country, finished regular season in top 20, and beat #1 ranked team in the country, marking 1st time in history any SDSU team achieved this feat
* 2010 and 2011 teams won 10 Division 1 soccer matches for 1st time since 1990-91 seasons
* 2009 team finished season ranked 19th nationally in RPI; did not receive a NCAA bid
* Pac-10 Conference Runner-up in 2006 and 2007 with 3rd place finishes in 2008, 2011, and 2016

Leadership and Business Management over Cross Functional Departments
* Responsible for oversight and integration of numerous departments ranging from, but not limited to, Business Operations, Communication and Media Relations, Development, Marketing and Corporate Sales
* Fiscal expertise of $500,000 budget in areas of Travel, Equipment, Recruiting, Scholarship, Event Management
* Direct report for 12-15 staff while leading, managing, and coaching a team of 26-30 student-athletes
* Monitored, coordinated, and cultivated cross functional lines of effective communication to ensure successful program performance within athletic department having 125+ employees

Marketing, Public Relations, and Communications
* Established and initiated content creation for tactical planning of various marketing strategies and public relation practices for promotion, branding, and community cultivation
* Set numerous attendance records and branded program through coordinating and executing strategies in areas such as story building on social media platforms, season organization of game day giveaways, target market database dissemination, as well as clinic, public outreach, and on-campus promotion
