•	Collections: contact customers on past due, returned payments, unauthorized deductions and claims,

•	Customer Relations: maintain day-to-day and routine visit to key profile key accounts.  As well as maintain close relations with key accounts’ Toyo salesforce managers & director, and customers’ management to establish direct rapport to avoid past dues, and when need to request payment for over line,
•	Accounts Receivable: weekly statement, account reconciliation, coordination with Toyo AR team, as well as participate in internal & external audit, 
•	Attend and participate in monthly credit groups meeting
