Surf School Director:
- Oversaw entire surf school
- Maintained efficient camp operations in a dynamic work environment.
- Coordinated staff schedules, programs and equipment
- Ensured all mandatory paperwork was completed and filed
- Created daily curriculum which was contingent on the ocean/weather conditions and the campers skill levels
- Led 10 staff and 40 campers through daily surf camp curriculums

Nantasket Area Manager (Surf School Director & Retail Store Manager)

Opened and managed Sweaty Betty's first store in the middle of the States. Since day one, consistently doubled sales goals. Led the store to compete for the top earning store out of 87 store internationally when many Colorado retailers where hurting do to a poor snow season which drives business in the mountains. 

Job responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Recruited, hired, and trained an entirely new staff.
- Maintained and tracked store figures to strategically plan sales targets, sales strategies and labor hours.
- Used grass roots marketing to spread brand awareness among tourists, part time locals and locals.
- Led a profitable store by encouraging staff to achieve a “Gold Star” standard of customer service.
- Maintained Store Figure sheet to accurately track store sales goals, returns, store gross profit, net profit, UPT’s.
- Created strategic bi-weekly floor merches that displayed product in an inviting manner and drove sales.

Assisted in leading ivivva by lululemon- Hingham to become the number 2 earning store our first year open and the lululemon- Rockingham Pop-up to becoming the number 1 earning pop-up shop internationally.
