? Attend global market events - NY, LA, UK, EU, CN, SK.
? Report financial, product & customer trends for APAC separate and in contrast to the US
market/customer.
? Grow women's business from 70 to 89% of market share of APAC over 2 years.
? Responsible for $60M/year sales plan across 6 seasons, 3 divisions, and 2k skus.
? Co-direct the Merch/Marketing alignment for social media, marketing & e-commerce exclusive to Asia.
? Versed in: TMall, Weibo, WeChat, Red

HEAD OF WOMEN'S MERCHANDISING

? Meet with client to understand target customer, as well as their brand and creative needs.
? Create on-trend and brand specific product concepts for over 500+ artists such as: Eminem, The Rolling
Stones, and Kanye West.
? Own merchandising functions for each artist in order to accomplish annual retail sales goal including:
line plan, OTB, seasonal calendars, pop-ups, tour and merchandising strategies.
? Manage and oversee: Design, Merchandising, and Production teams.
?   Expand product vendor network from 3 to 29 to achieve global supply-chain.
?   Partner with Creative, Marketing, and Merchandising teams to best display and show product via
E-Commerce and social media.

PRODUCT STRATEGY DIRECTOR

? Grew a 1 product, start-up brand to an 11 product, lifestyle company through design, development, and merchandising strategies resulting in a public acquisition of $75M.
? Created and introduced line plans, design/production calendars, report strategies, OTB, sales
forecasting, and seasonal concept development.
? Used demographics to build product assortment through design, sourcing, social media &. Styling.
? Expanded vendor network from 3 to 8.
? Started a monthly subscription box equaling 1/3 of total revenue.
? Introduce hiring process for design, merchants, and content producers.
? Negotiated all product costs & lead-time with vendors.

DESIGN & PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT MANAGER
