"	Building and managing a financial plan for the brand ensuring alignment between design teams, Merchants, Brand Managers and buying around key metrics, including timelines, inventory and gross-margins  
"	Effectively repositioned and launched brand in SportChek and Atmosphere, banners of FGL Sports specializing in highly technical sporting goods, successfully testing the premium, technical street-wise products in an all door launch for Fall 2018
"	Leading the product briefs,, merchandise line plan and development, ensuring seasonal calendar dates are met
"	Proactively throughout local and non-local markets with development and buying teams to closely monitor sales activities, competitive products and planning processes 
"	Manages development approval process for fabrics, trims and protos


"	Oversaw planning, design, development and commercialization of private-branded sporting and lifestyle outerwear under three distinct and unique brands driving category growth within Canadian Tire's network of more than 500 stores 
"	Grew retail revenues to $20MM over three years through new target markets, product innovation and organic brand growth
"	Partnered closely with the Hunting and Footwear/Apparel Category Brand Managers (CBM) evaluating category opportunities and trends, coordinating bulk buys and monitoring sales results 
"	Traveled twice a year to China, Bangladesh and Cambodia gaining deep understanding of manufacturing processes, capabilities and opportunities 
"	Created and managed two branded booths at Canadian Tire's annual Products Parade, an internal trade show event hosting over 500 dealers and more than 1,500 dealer employees
"	Attended major North American tradeshows, including the SHOT show, Outdoor Retailer and Snowsports Industries America 
"	Conceptualized, developed and launched Canadian Tire's private-label hunting brand, Huntshield, growing retail revenues to $9MM in three years, despite high product seasonality 
o	Researched consumer trends addressing key gaps in the rapidly-growing women's market and understanding the apparel's unique functionality 
o	Managed the exclusive licensing partnership with Real Tree for all apparel goods
o	Grew category from four key men's styles to over 40 branching into women's and junior's over three years 
"	Led the design and launch of outerwear within Canadian Tire under the Woods brand
o	Partnered with Footwear/Apparel CBM understanding brand repositioning strategy, target audiences and competitor offerings to design and create a premium brand offering 
o	Launched a new apparel and accessory collection in 2015 offering parkas, hats, gloves and base layers 
o	Developed and executed an aggressive promotional strategy to address overbuys reducing ten years of inventory in two seasons significantly reducing losses
"	Revamped the Outbound line, an entry price-point brand launched at Canadian Tire in 2015, focusing on promotional value to drive high volumes while offering a premier price point replacement for a retiring Broadstone private-label brand
o	Quickly planned and executed a promotional test program addressing increased competition through Canadian Tire's off-price division designing high-volume winter jackets discounted at 70% selling 80K jackets in just two months 
o	Planning a comparable program for Fall 2018 with projected volume increases to 150K


Product Manager - CTC Softlines

"	Supported the AVP of Marks & CTC Softgoods coordinating design, development, production and planning 
"	Successfully executed up to six major rainwear, outerwear and loungewear programs over two years establishing and growing presence within Canadian Tire and Mark's stores 
"	Oversaw color direction and fabric sourcing successfully improving the quality of products by incorporating elevated trims and workmanship quality 
"	Grew category sales under the Broadstone brand, a high-quality, low-priced private label with promising synergies with FGL Sports active lifestyle market 
o	Coordinated with the design team, factories and buying teams releasing men's, women's and junior jackets and snow pant styles in 2012 under a pull model across a network of over 500 stores
"	Interacted extensively with Canadian Tire's Category Business Managers - planned, coordinated and presented product concepts twice a year at INA's Show Week 
"	Actively researched the market visiting local stores, examining competitor products and proactively learning about trends and functionality in the outwear markets growing into a passionate advocate for the category
