Branded Online is a one-stop end-to-end provider of branded ecommerce solutions. Services include site development, digital marketing, photography, customer service, and fulfillment. A collective "think-tank" of talented ecommerce and online marketing professionals, Branded Online is well versed in the creation, execution and management of top fashion & apparel brands. 

Responsibilities:

- Management of 10 web stores, and daily point of contact for key stakeholders.

- Track projects and initiatives across multiple internal departments to ensure all deliverables are met on time.

- Proactively seek new business opportunities such as site enhancements, partnerships, and promotions in order to grow client's business.

- Assess brand positioning, target customer demographic, competitive landscape, and stay afloat of market trends to develop effective and forward-thinking marketing plans.

- Create quarterly marketing calendars (per distribution channel); owning campaign/content creation, copywriting, and creative direction.

- Coordinate brand-appropriate fit models, ensure garments are neatly worn and fitted appropriately during shoots, and assist Director of Photography in calling selects - assuring the highest quality product images are photographed.

- Facilitate all site updates and enhancements including markdowns, catalog uploads, artwork, copy changes, and merchandising to meet launch deadlines.

- Regularly audit websites to ensure proper functionality.

- Run daily reports, monitor site metrics, and pull data to improve efficiencies and identify areas for opportunity.

- Review and asses daily KPIs and respond as necessary in order to ensure associated forecasts are met (traffic, conversion, average order values, sales, returns, shipping compliance and customer service metrics).

- Partner with customer service teams to ensure customers are serviced and customer satisfaction rates are maintained at an industry standard level.

ECommerce Account Manager

NuORDER is an innovative two-way sales solution and marketplace that allows brands and retailers to conduct their wholesale business online.  Eliminating the need for pen and paper, the cloud-based platform empowers brands to sell more in less time and allows retailers to make purchases more effectively. In short, NuORDER is e-commerce for wholesale. 


Highlights:

- Among the first group of hires to build and develop the Client Services department, growing a team of 2 to 12 in just three months on both East and West coasts.

- Led implementation and integration of help desk software to elevate customer service experience, cutting client response time in half.

- Acquired strong knowledge of the fashion industry, and the ability to identify areas of opportunity for clients to grow their business.


Responsibilities:

- Key point of contact for 350 + international fashion brands; responsible for account setup, training, ongoing maintenance, and client retention.

- Conduct daily client trainings, and weekly webinars on both SaaS and iOS platforms.

- Provide on-site support for clients at fashion tradeshows (Project, Liberty Fairs, Agenda, Capsule, Magic, Coterie).

- Execute high-level pitches and presentations in collaboration with Sales team.

- Investigate and resolve escalated customer inquires in a timely and professional manner.
