Deliver creative direction on a global scale, influencing retail portfolio encompassing 370+ luxury boutiques and experiential department stores spanning 14 countries in addition to hundreds of fashion, beauty, and gift brands. Drive innovation, impact, and consistency in creative vision and execution while ensuring attainment of performance objectives, promoting best practices, and controlling $10M+ budgets. Steer store design and execution of well as marketing collateral, branding strategy, and social media and corporate website management in addition to comprehensive, 360-degree immersive retail concepts. Manage 10 direct reports and cross-functional team of 300+ art directors, graphic/digital designers, visual merchandisers, and retail/corporate architects
establish group structures, workflows, and project priorities. Track and report on P&L results in addition to metrics in retail performance and consumer experience. Maintain lines of communication across executive leadership team and various business units.
Selected Achievements:
• Played chief role in design of framework, methodologies, and principles of Creative Division and advocated for continuous evolution to maintain competitive edge in fast-changing markets; honored with 'Creative Excellence Award' in 2016 in recognition of contributions to advancing Group's creative practices.
• Championed creation and development of four major multimillion-dollar retail projects from initial concept design to retail delivery and operation, including category-defining Level Shoes luxury footwear store, Level Kids premium children's concept, and edited department store Tryano.
• Led teams to secure 10+ high-profile awards in recognition of industry-leading work, with Tryano department store receiving  'RLI Interior Excellence Award' in 2017 and 'London Design Week Award' in 2016 and Level Kids department store concept receiving 'RLI Most Innovative Retail & Luxury Concept' in 2017 and 'Retail Week International Store of the Year' and 'Retail ME Most Admired Store Design, ' both in 2016.
