Founder

Independent clothing label (men's and women's boutique-level sportswear). Originate logo ideas from initial concept/design through sample production. Build color and seasonal trend analysis, concept ideas, silhouettes, and presentation. Produce mock-ups and embellishment layout. Research materials and products. Scout competitor stores and websites regularly to identify opportunities, labels, and trends. Coordinate with embroiderers and samplers during production. Managed the ordering and issuing of footwear, apparel, accessories and equipment for athletes, coaches and staff for 24 NCAA varsity sports, as well as all administrative offices in the Athletics Department. Primary liaison between Department and outside vendors, including Nike and Eastbay. Evaluated the Branding and Identity Standards of the Athletics Department to uphold its consistency with that of Villanova University and The Collegiate Licensing Company. Maintained equipment budget for all varsity programs. Spearheaded and assisted with the negotiations of all current and new contracts. Created and managed multi-platform social media presence independently and collaboratively with Nike when applicable. Supervised staff of 2 full-time employees, 2 interns, 2 graduate assistants and 20 student managers. Coordinated practice set-up, game operations and team travel. Managed storage and reconditioning of equipment. Adhered to all NOCSAE, NCAA, Big East, and CAA regulations. Certified with the Athletic Equipment Managers Association.

Director of Equipment Operations

Responsible for issuing footwear, apparel, accessories and equipment to athletes, coaches and staff for 21 NCAA varsity sports, as well as administrative offices in the Athletics Department. Served as liaison between Department and outside vendors, including Nike. Maintained equipment budget for programs and assisted with negotiating existing and new contracts. Supervised staff of 1 full-time employee, 2 interns and 15 student managers. Coordinated practice set-up, game operations and team travel. Managed storage and reconditioning of equipment. Oversaw laundry outfit for entire Athletic Department. Assured compliance with all NOCSAE, NCAA, Big East, and CAA regulations. Certified with the Athletic Equipment Managers Association. Recipient of Big East SWA Grant.

Equipment Manager

Maintained product files, website information tables, supplier statistics, marketing discounts and pricing history in the Purchasing and Sales systems. Processed data for sales forecasting, marketing evaluation and analysis. Investigated price variance. Coordinated vendor and distribution center correspondence. Proficient in ASW and WebFOCUS Managed Reporting.

Sales Operations Analyst

Authored all descriptive product text for the AND1 commercial website. Served as assistant-buyer for the AND1 brick-and-mortar retail store. Wear tested sample footwear to ensure proper fit and accurate sizing. Worked closely with Footwear, Marketing, NBA, Team, International and internal/external Sales Departments. Proofed all internal/external sales catalogs. Coordinated with factories, warehouses and all internal/external departments to manage the footwear process for both AND1 and Triple Five Soul Footwear. Responsible for the systematic production and maintenance of the Footwear Material Master, including Special Make-Ups, NBA and Team footwear. Trained and assisted the Footwear and Sales Support departments with the Customer Master. Proficient in WebStore by Amazon, SAP and Pick Ticket Management Systems (PkMS).

Operations Master File Analyst

Directed and communicated inbound purchase order forecasts to all warehouses. Managed receipt cycle to ensure warehouses operated within required benchmark. Resolved allocation and routing discrepancies with external warehouses, factories and appropriate internal departments. Reviewed open order summaries to determine picking needs, voucher priorities and distribution shortages. Wear tested sample footwear to ensure proper fit and accurate sizing. Proficient in Apparel Business System (ABS), and Pick Ticket Management Systems (PkMS).
