CLIENT MANAGEMENT
• Present and correspond with clients on estimates, SOW’s, schedules, project statuses & deliverables.
• Lead any changes in direction and mediate client's changes with team members.
• Schedule and facilitate client meetings and produce all backend correspondence such as meeting reports.
• Proactively guide client through agency process while building trust.
• Understand client's business goals, deliverables and strategies.

PRODUCTION
• Scope and estimate internal and external costs while managing both sets of resources.
• Manage production process and advocate agency while guiding team members through process.
• Understand creative and technical process and relay creative or technical needs to form actionable steps.
• Provide art and technical direction.
• Manage internal and external production resources.
• Track project communication while creating/updating a status list and initiating approval process.

TEAM MANAGEMENT
• Hold the team to the principles of agile development
• Ensure that team meetings (stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives) are being held and are effective.
• Ensure that product requirements criteria are clearly defined, understood, and implemented successfully.
• Synthesize information into concise, action items – helping to collect and write software specifications, user stories, user cases etc.

BETA OPERATION MANAGER
Coordinate work between:
•	Game production teams, Line Prods and Live Ops
•	Customer Support
•	Marketing & CRM
•	Community Management/Development
•	QA

•	Act as primary point of contact, information hub, and escalation point for all stakeholders.
•	Establish and conduct meetings to communicate expectations, project roles, status updates, track open issues, and work with game productions for the needs of live phases for AAA games on all platforms (PC, VR, consoles, mobile and web).
•	Develops detailed project plans including documentation, testing and executing protocol, tasks, and timelines.
•	Conduct project post mortems and communicate lessons learned in order to identify successful and unsuccessful project elements.

ADMINISTRATION
•	Participate in establishing policies and procedures that are consistent with overall company policies and operating objective regarding live phases.
•	Manage Jira and Salesforce configurations for CS & QA teams.

• Act as SPOC (Single Point Of Contact): for the US & French teams, handle any technical & graphic request of French teams (developers, designers & testers) for US business development projects
