Global Product Line Manager - Partnerships and Licensed | 06/2017 - Current
- Drive the global strategy for the Licensed and Partnership Team Sports Business Unit; Responsible for executing a 36 month product road map and coordinating with cross functional teams to achieve the plan.
-Manage high level relationships with Wilson Team Partners and Licensees - Disney, NFL, FIBA 3x3, NCAA and College Football Playoff
- Manage promotional marketing needs through NFL Partnership. Oversee and manage NFL on-field product including specialty events such as International Series, Pro Bowl and Super Bowl.
- Work with cross functional teams to oversee Go-to-Market strategy for 1,500+ individual SKUs throughout the Licensed and Partnership Business Unit
- Create seasonal product briefs that define new product positioning, pricing, product and packaging attributes, consumer information, competitor analysis and brand relevance that meet margin goals.
- Maintain a solid understanding of emerging trends, competitive landscape, channel requirements and consumer insights
- Work within the product calendar timelines for on-time completion of all major dates and gates
- Present product line and category strategy to global sales and leadership
