-Developed new training documents to reflect departmental changes, distributed new materials via the cloud, increasing longevity, and providing easier access to information.

-Implemented a “Used Item Program” to facilitate the sales of lightly used items. The program aims to keep gear alive and, on the river, instead of in landfills.
