My name is Lori Simone Melkonian and am 29 years old. After a rich UCSD education, studying in Italy, working with so many different people and industries, every experience has confirmed 2 things clearly - (1) I bring the most value when creative work is the product and (2) when I'm working with leadership who values the integrity to vision, team work, organization and accountable communication that I've developed. I have a whole host of work experiences, all being in leadership positions where I was constantly being creative to drive a vision with others. 
 
Consistently being the right hand woman to an executive(s), I've helped run smooth solutions to everyday operations and aligning a team to the project's purpose. My greatest talent is my commitment. I work like I own the company/project and therefore have humbly developed a very wide spectrum of skills by being a fast learner and being involved in my work/team.
