Responsibilities: Managed internal team and major UPS clients in southern Sweden. Formulated sales and retention strategies, contract negotiations, and international project management. Highlights: Reversed a negative revenue trend in to growth within one year of managing the area. Increased revenue from 85% to above 100% across all clients combined. During this time I also passed UPS internal management screening and served as intermittent Area Sales Manager.

Responsibilities: Controlled and grew a multi-million dollar client portfolio. Analyzed and streamlined multi-department business processes, target group research, applied adaptive problem solving, product training, international correspondence, and project management. Highlights: Received UPS World of Champions, internal international recognition based on financial results, in 2012 (Bronze). In 2013 awarded for being top 3% of UPS EMEA sales team (Gold).

Assisted field sales in Gothenburg for 5 months with cold calling, appointment booking and planning, formulated sales pitches, corresponded with current customers and more.

Responsibilities: I was hired to drive sales and improve processes. Started a social media initiative for our location to create buzz about store events, products and to build a stronger bond with our customers. Developed standards for in-store shipping and receiving.

Helped bring the team up to the 2nd highest league in Sweden, Superettan, in which I played a key role as a starting player.

Substitute teaching for the city of Falkenberg with students from ages 5-16. Part of that time was spent as head of the music department at Skogstorpskolan where I spent one term in charge of scheduling, grading, procurement, and mentoring of students.
