Manage revenue and financial budgetary exceedance for both, Retail-Rental and Ski & Ride School Divisions at Northstar California Resort. Maintain efficacy behind rental logistics, fleet health within the Summer Bike Park Operation, and Winter Ski Season. Sustain operational safety guidelines and inventory integrities with a robust background in Resort Systems Integrations. Maintained effective cross divisional relationships within Resort in alignment of local strategies and priorities.
