As an Executive Assistant, working within a tight schedule, I have learned how to function in a time efficient manner and execute many different types of administrative tasks. At a film studio, I worked as liaison between department heads and Executives, recording all notes during meetings, which definitely strengthen my attention to detail. Aside from my administrative tasks, I have also organized fun social gatherings for different teams. My work experience has helped me become extremely organized with keeping track of all important emails, contracts, and agreements for Executives. As well as developing the necessary skills to excel within a fast paced environment, I have also built strong self-management and multi-tasking skills. As an assistant, I have conducted all travel and event arrangements and scheduled meetings and press events. From my experience working in production, I've picked up the tools necessary to perform as an excellent Executive Assistant. My goal is to take what I have learned and become an Executive in a prosperous company. I’d like to reach managerial status.
