A highly motivated and results driven individual who enjoys a multitude of outdoor activities such as hiking, surfing, camping and has a passion for cars. The different positions in all of the industries that I’ve worked in previously have helped me accumulate a unique skillset that makes me a well-rounded and versatile worker. I am able to face problems with an open mind and wide perspective in order to come to effective problem resolution possibilities. In my past employment I’ve had the opportunity to work alongside people with various personality styles so I have the ability to acknowledge and work with various working styles. It helps me when I am a part of team projects as well as individual endeavors. These traits paired with my desire to help others and organizational experience help set me apart.

•	Problem solving by working in connection with different departments such as Finance, Food and Beverage, House Keeping in order to exceed customer expectations.
•	Leadership shown by training new hires in the processing of payments, Hilton operation systems, and entrusted with independent decision making. 



Guest Service Agent 

• Front desk duties include scheduling and receiving payments for all programs offered at the YMCA such as gym membership sign ups, review and file academic enrichment registration packets, aquatic program enrollments, and youth sports enlistment.
• Assist in before and afterschool care as well as resolve any customer care questions or concerns while striving to provide 100% membership satisfaction through phone, emails and face to face.

Membership/Fitness Department Lead

• Aided the lead classroom instructor with practice and learning activities such as arts and crafts, word games and tactile building to strengthen fine motor skills.
• Planned and scheduled activities throughout the day that supports the developmental growth of social, physical and cognitive skills.

Intern

•	Mentored 70 low-income first generation high school students while also being a residential assistant while they stayed on campus dorms. 
•	Event planner/overseer of programs and activities that contributed to team building, problem solving and trust building while also strengthening time management skills with homework, extracurricular activities and personal life so students can have an optimum experience.
