Responsible for preseason financial planning of the Men's Suiting and Outerwear categories within Banana Republic. Utilize historical data, trend analysis, and macro-economic information to help forecast and plan the business on a seasonal basis.

The Gap Inc. Rotational Management Program (RMP) is a 10+ month intensive program which focuses on developing future leaders within the retail industry. During RMP, participants rotate through three core functions—Inventory Management, Merchandisng, and Production. In addition to on-the-job responsibilities, trainees are provided with classroom training, strategic project assignments, executive speaker series, and in-store experiences. Upon graduation from RMP, it is expected that the participants are completely prepared to enter a full-time role within any of the three core functions.
