- Promoted to Team Leader to manage P&L and all aspects of the categories for this “store within a store” with over $100,000 in weekly sales at a combined 48% margin. 
- Drove profitability through effective hiring, training, scheduling, and supervision of all team members. 
Created best practices for buying and merchandising, managed financials, controlled inventory, and ensured compliance to regulations and standards. 
- Leveraged social media, in-store marketing, live demos, and a vendor-driven sampling events to set a new sales record of $65,700 in the supplements category in January 2016; used similar strategy to set the record of $44,500 for the lifestyles category for Christmas 2015.
- Won the 2015 Regional Best Holiday Decor and Promotional set contest, beating out 35 stores by designing, and implementing store wide decor and merchandising, increasing sales and delighting customers, spearheading the drive to a 7% store comp for holiday 2015.
- Surveyed top talent from all 38 regional locations to develop an integrated brand management program across all Whole Body departments in the North Atlantic. Established plans for talent management, cross-merchandising, workflow enhancements, customer service, marketing, design, differentiation, plan-o-gram implementation, vendor management, promo planning, internal communications, and store/regional relationship.
- Decisively lead the region in sales for the WFM/Etsy partnership by custom designing and building a unique display in a high traffic yet underutilized area of the store
- Earned awards for sales and profit performance among 38 product line leaders in the region including 2011 and 2013 Honorable Mention All-Star (#3 in Region) and 2010 Runner-up All-Star (#2 in Region).
- Key member of Whole Body new product selection committee for the WFM NA region, responsible for vetting all new product submissions by analyzing category sales, packaging and current trends.
- Initiated and managed numerous department remodels, large and small, to facilitate continued sales growth, optimize merchandise mix, and improve customer flow and experience, building and/or modifying display fixtures to create engaging displays.
- Responsible for all aspects of store operations on Sunday closing shift generating up to $400,000 in daily sales receipts


Product Marketing Manager

- Managed 88 accounts in VT, NH, ME, and Eastern MA, ensuring execution of sales programs by working with owners and managers of health and nutrition stores. 
- Supported accounts via product knowledge provided to key decision makers and in-store staff. Increased in-store presence by adding additional product lines. 
- Recruited into the company to resurrect account relationships in a territory that had been without a rep, and had been serviced remotely, for six years.
- In January 2017, produced the first positive growth month in over two years. Awarded a discretionary bonus for producing such profound impact in only 7 months.
