Happiness Producer (Contract position)

I have years' worth of experience going above and beyond for customers. At Tom Bihn, a designer, made-in-America travel bag company, I was on the front line of the customer experience every day. I answered customer emails and phone calls, handled all order changes, resolved all discrepancies between our customers and our shipping couriers, wrote email templates, fulfilled orders, and managed available stock in our shopping cart software. Simply put, if it involved the customer I was on top of it.

Recently, I have left IEH Analytical, a chemistry testing laboratory, where I received and logged in all samples for testing and communicated with clients about any discrepancies between samples received and the lab paperwork. This position required extremely high attention to detail and the ability to communicate with our clients clearly and articulately, with a high degree of accuracy. I am currently employed in a contract position with an online marketplace that can be terminated at any time.

Resolve disputes between buyers and sellers.

Help identify sales opportunities and openings for sellers.

Assist buyers and sellers with solving complex technical problems on Bonanza.

Identify and remove fraudulent sellers.

Receive all samples and log them in to our Lab Information Management System.

Prepare samples for testing and dispense them to the appropriate laboratory department.

Contact clients to resolve any discrepancies regarding samples received.

Prepare and ship all outgoing packages including client orders and outgoing samples subcontracted to other labs.

Laboratory Sample Receiving Technician

Maintain up-to-date and accurate stock in our shopping cart software, MIVA Merchant.

Batch and process a high quantity of orders for shipment each day (using UPS Worldship and Shipworks).

Reconcile all delivery conflicts between customers and UPS.

Perform extra tasks as needed, including fielding all shipping related customer emails, handling all order changes and approving and tagging customer photos in Candid.

Bag Guru

Provide outstanding customer service.

Stock shelves as necessary.

Clean kiosks and floors as necessary.

Rotate and shelve product properly to limit spoilage.

Produce Clerk

Develop and create new content for the Hopunion website, Alpha Analytics website, HopGear website, Hopunion email newsletter, and quarterly brewing publication.

Use social media to engage customers, increase brand awareness and boost web presence.

Update and maintain customer contact information.

Update web content and merchandise information on the website back end.
