Luke Weston: Happiness Producer (Contract position) in Seattle, WA

Resolve disputes between buyers and sellers. Help identify sales opportunities and openings for sellers. Assist buyers and sellers with solving complex technical problems on Bonanza. Identify and remove fraudulent sellers.

Receive all samples and log them in to our Lab Information Management System. Prepare samples for testing and dispense them to the appropriate laboratory department. Contact clients to resolve any discrepancies regarding samples received. Prepare and ship all outgoing packages including client orders and outgoing samples subcontracted to other labs.

Maintain up-to-date and accurate stock in our shopping cart software, MIVA Merchant. Batch and process a high quantity of orders for shipment each day (using UPS Worldship and Shipworks). Reconcile all delivery conflicts between customers and UPS. Perform extra tasks as needed, including fielding all shipping related customer emails, handling all order changes and approving and tagging customer photos in Candid.

Provide outstanding customer service. Stock shelves as necessary. Clean kiosks and floors as necessary. Rotate and shelve product properly to limit spoilage.

Develop and create new content for the Hopunion website, Alpha Analytics website, HopGear website, Hopunion email newsletter, and quarterly brewing publication. Use social media to engage customers, increase brand awareness and boost web presence. Update and maintain customer contact information. Update web content and merchandise information on the website back end.
