• Having knowledge about process and construction Global Football shoes, Cleated shoes, and Golf shoes • Communication direct with customers from sample stage to match production • Working with factory teams (pattern team, technical team, tooling team and production team) for making sample and production • Authorize job to team members and management team achieved good work efficiency • Leading the meeting with customer visit factory • Solving issue of project during develop or happened during production case by case • Planning material and develop for manufacturing

• Responsible for the research and development from the approved design through the confirmation stage ? Checking spec and writing email to customer ? Review sample with designers when they come to factory ? Checking CBD with costing team ? Test material before sample finished and prepare test report for meeting ? Prepare finished shoes for shipping • Coordinate all phases of development utilizing the available resources of Design, Product Line Manager, Model Shop and Wear Testing ? Request pattern team for opening the new pattern for new model ? Making project file of new project for meeting with internal team and send out ? Review 3D file of bottom with tooling team and share the data with headquarter developer ? Contact with supplier for the new material and discussion and suggest with supplier for some issue • Generate a technical development package for each project • Proven problem-solving skills, able to work under pressure and independent with little monitoring Excellent interpersonal, organizational and communication skills

• Material Consumption for production: ? Knowledge how calculated use for each material for one model ? Working with internal related departments (planning, warehouse and product team) for preparing product material before production ? Checking on material used after product • Costing bread down for develop model: ? Estimate used sample size at development stage ? Providing total material cost of one pair for leader ship Skill a. Language skill: English b. Computer skill: 1. Intermediate Level of computer experience over 10 years: Microsoft Outlook/Word/ Excel/ PowerPoint presentations c. Task and time management skills: 1.
