I am currently working with Ralph Lauren in one of their newest endeavors. As of October, we've launched the new Polo Ralph Lauren brand, including a new women's label and new specialty stores.

Responsible for clientelling and direct marketing, utilizing social media and targeted email campaigns; Collaborates with fellow stylists for marketing strategy; Assists with store merchandising and product placement; in charge of product knowledge training; Organizes team philanthropy events; Consistently ranks as top seller; Serves on the first styling team for women’s Polo; helped launch the Polo Concept Store, establishing a reputation for the Polo Label; Regularly pitches new product to new and returning clients; Ensures ease of customer shopping experience through visual presentation and overall store maintenance; Assists in training store sales associates on the Polo model

Service and Sales

Consistently designs business cards, wedding invitations, menus, letterheads and other print products for various private and professional events and business ventures; Consistently created marketing material for specific Kate Spade specialty store events; (Portfolio available upon request)

Assisted management team in direct marketing strategy and monthly event planning; Developed a personal clientele through effective use of selling skills and proactive client outreach; Set and achieved individual sales goals; developed strong product knowledge across all departments; Ensured that store visual standards were executed daily

Stylist

Tracked on-air content and coverage; Served on community service SHARE Board, initiated quarterly charity drives; Served as director of public service announcements; Wrote articles for MyNorthwest.com; Composed press releases; Was accountable for daily podcast uploads; Created quarterly issues reports and compiled annual Crystal Award submissions; Assisted programming directors for KIRO, ESPN and KTTH with daily tasks

Programming Coordinator

Coordinated and planned special events and celebrations with guests, arranged for special accommodations as needed; Responsible for staff schedules and training meetings; Maintained reservation books; Trained new hires, enforced corporate Service Standards among team members; Responsible for communication between departments regarding menus, guest interactions, and large party reservations, liaised between hotel and restaurant management teams; Served as guest concierge, arranging spa reservations, valet, taxi service, reservations for tours and made recommendations for guest entertainment

Reservations Supervisor

Served as a liaison between donors and BCC managers; Helped organize logistics for various private and corporate fundraising events, arranged the “Strawberry Tea;" Conducted research on target high-profile donators; Made cold calls and pitches in order to gather future donors and generate interest; Participated in organization of BCC Reception

Fundraising Intern

Contributed to layout and design of professional and collegiate sports’ game-day programs and team yearbooks; Created and organized book paginations; designed various book/program templates; Worked directly with marketing and public relations departments of professional sports teams; (published work available upon request)
