Provided transcription services for PHAP for a video lecture on humanitarian finance. Helped format and edit a 200 page document using specific Microsoft Word styles and formatting techniques.

Coordinated all documentation management for a 120 million dollar company including setting up online order procurement folders for customer acknowledgements. This assisted the company to shift towards a paperless order entry system. Set up online folders for customer interaction via web portals. 

Accounting Coordinator

Assisted company with web portals, Twitter marketing, and Facebook fan pages. Helped to coordinate trip brochures for Costa Rica and Rome. Helped launch the free lunch program on Twitter feeding 600 kids in Africa for a year.
