+ Responsible for the coordination of over 500 client entities. + Primary contact between clients, brokerage firms and partners to make certain all tax needs are met in a timely and efficient manner. + Project-manage dozens of individual, partnership, limited liability corporations, S-corporations, and fiduciary entities to ensure all quarterly and year-end deadlines are met. + Generate various tax forms required by the Internal Revenue Service and Franchise Tax Board including W-2’s, W-4’s, and 1099’s. + Evaluation of accounts receivable by generating several reports which are analyzed daily, weekly and/or monthly to achieve optimum performance. + Manage and train interns and colleagues on various tax programs including Lacerte, Quickbooks, Billquick, and Office Tools Pro. + Receive client payments and process transactions. + Manage office events including annual holiday parties, employee work anniversaries/birthdays and end of season luncheons.
