• Train and manage all front desk staff, upholding standards for studio atmosphere and customer service at both Garden City and Long Beach locations

• Managed customer service and styling team responsible for answering all emails/phone calls and improving CRM processes for VIP clientele
• Employed Google Analytics platform to oversee site speed, traffic, order sourcing, and general sales performance and note where improvements can be made
• Establish strategy for CS team to identify suspicious orders and implement security procedures
• Lead affiliate acquisition and QC at the end of each quarter for any reversals needed
