• Management of an annual budget of UDS450,000.
• Coordinated daily with HQ, to make sure actions were aligned with global strategy
for each of our brands.
• Management of team athletes, social media calendars and brand activations,
communication plans and campaigns.
• Launch of events of social nature and sports nature, venues of 100-200 persons per
event.
• Executed communication and merchandising plan per brand, to increase brand
awareness and brand preference.
• Contributed in sales goals for each brand, through communication of commercial
actions of each brand.

• Launched 1st ecommerce site (www.thebox.com.pe) / *This website was the first
multibrand action-sports ecommerce in the market.
• Delivered 2016 annual ecommerce channel's sales goals.

• Developed plan and execution of 2nd ecommerce site (www.dcshoesperu.com).
