As the Design Director of a global team, I spearhead the creating of
product for a heritage brand with a strong culture and ethos. Rooted in
Himalayan heritage while still grounded in the outdoor market, I establish 
standards and processes to produce consistent, high-quality results while 
ensuring all projects and goals are being met. By fostering a collaborative 
and creative culture that focuses on innovation, sustainability and solutions,

Consulted with owner/founder on implementation of initial products, key silhouette's, sample development, and technical package. Assisted in initiating processes and factory allocation.

Led and executed seasonal product for the Women’s line.
I established seasonal design direction in themes, color, graphics,
and silhouettes while planning and implementing seasonal strategy
for the women’s category.  My ability to define on-brand, on-trend 
design led to innovative creative direction for seasonal product
