Receive major accounts orders through EDI. Ensure orders came through properly into M3. If orders do not come through properly, figure out the problem, and push orders through. Enter orders manually when needed. Check and adjust orders in M3 to match the number of units, the order gross amount, start/cancel dates, and allocations. Ensure orders are shipped according to the account shipping standards. Inform buyers of any discrepancies on the order. Communicate with buyers regarding any questions they have about future orders, or product. Fill out worksheets for accounts for style UPC's. Set up worksheets for future orders.
