•	Using Social Studio and partnering with the internal Consumer Care team and outside vendor, Alta, act as
Community Manager across all brands within the Neutrogena portfolio.
•	Serve as Point of Contact for Olapic, our UGC sourcing and rights request tool and image repository.
•	Utilizing various social media tools (Social Studio, BrandWatch, Revuze, BazaarVoice, and GCCP), provide both

succeeding in bringing in LAFC (MLS team) as a partner, as well as various MLS, MLB, NFL and PLL players;
and other key influencers in the beauty and entertainment spaces (including actresses Kaitlyn Devers and Debby Ryan); and contributed to significant brand follower growth for both C&C and Works Beauty (launched in February 2019, available only via Amazon).
•	Working with seven other Community & Engagement leaders (who sit across different brands within the Johnson & Johnson organization), collaborated on the creation and roll-out of Community & Engagement Leader playbook.
•	Pair with key internal and external stakeholders to ideate and execute social media campaigns and initiatives for
the Sun business.

•	Managed and maintain social media platforms and brand voice of Mitsubishi Motors of North America online.
•	Adhering to client guidelines, sourced UGC by regularly sweeping Instagram for aesthetically pleasing images.
•	Audit past activities and successes by pulling analytics and sentiment around large-scale campaigns and events.
•	Took sole responsibility for brand social media content calendar.
•	Stayed up-to-date with constantly evolving social trends, best practices, and tools, to provide recommendations

•	Worked as part of a cross-functional team during large-scale events and initiatives by assisting with campaign and content ideation, and taking point on after-hours posting and live tweeting.
•	Oversaw the on-boarding of new hires on the social media team.
•	Searched for Girls Toybox and Games brands influencers, and worked collaboratively across all teams to cultivate
relationships with those influencers - both digitally and in-person.	-

editing, and proofreading engaging copy, paired with striking visual assets, and posting and scheduling content.

•   Managed and moderated all social media platforms for Faraday Future and Faraday Future Dragon Racing.
•   Crafted engaging copy for Faraday Future and Faraday Future Dragon Racing social media platforms, and assist Content team with developing content for 'FutureSight' blog.
•   Worked alongside Analytics team as needed, creating mini blast reports pulled from Sprinklr's reporting and listening tools.
•   Curated a list of 300+ social media influencers for gifting and event purposes.
•   Responsible for interviewing, hiring, and managing team of four Social Media Community Specialists.

•   Wrote, edited, and proofread social calendars for three of FOX's primetime live shows.
•   Successfully ran giveaways for mid-season premiere of GOTHAM.
•   Was responsible for social media management and engagement on all FOX social channels for four primetime
live shows, and assisted with live television events.
