Textiles professional with experience working in product development for apparel goods. Having worked at a textile mill, which manufacture fabrics from the fiber stage, provided me with an extensive understanding of the total manufacturing process of fabric and active wear. During my time at NC State I received a Master of Textiles degree and currently working on my PhD degree.

• Led start-up, development and roll out.
• Conducts research on new materials (Bio polyethylene).

•   Provides support to the Lee design team on projects, ranging in subject matter.
•   Assists with consumer and trend research.
•   Tracks prototype/sample orders.
•   Manages lab dips, leg panels and leg panel stock lists.

Fabric Development Intern

•	Conducted full fabric analysis: fiber characterization, yarn and fabric properties, mechanical and chemical finishing. 
•	Developed technical specifications for production plant (Knitting/Dyeing/Printing/Finishing).
•	Managed production costs from manufacturing plant and implemented controls to reduce and promote the efficient use of raw materials.
•	Collaborated with QC Lab and cross-functional teams to ensure fabrics and new developments met quality standards and standardized tests (ASTM/AATCC).
