Seeking a challenging position in an environment that is fast paced and to obtain knowledge from a growing establishment.

Manage payments and finances on behalf of the probation juveniles. Updating and up keeping training and conference calendar. Customer service including dealing with disgruntled family members and associates of juveniles as well as other telephonic operations when necessary. I assist in back office duties in which I act as an assistant to the Juvenile Service Executive Director. I also update the juveniles records via JCMS.  I am the liaison for any visitors such as judges and attorneys. I manage the visiting judges schedules and assist them in anything they need during their visit. 

Administration Assistant

Manage production schedule. Accept orders to production capacity chart daily. Provide all production lines with the proper work orders to finish the customer orders efficiently. Submit cycle counts and issue material. Verify and fix variances on a monthly basis. Manage shipments dates on orders. Compile reports for production lines on weekly orders. Print all labels needed for production.  

Production Planner


Intake new clients and exit clients out of their programs, filing new clients into our company’s system, intake client’s financial payments, answer phones and assist new clients with the general information of the programs we provide. Monthly reports on growth of clients in each program, assist program director with any needs that need to be meet.
