Support all Creatives for new client projects through emails, scans, conference calls, and FaceTime calls. Manages all documents from Sign Easy apps between clients and Virtuoso teams. Coordinates meeting, conference calls, and travel arrangements between Creative and Strategic teams. Support and maintain Design and Copy of website. Track time for Virtuoso freelancers to ensure proper billing. Virtuoso is a collective of Creative and Strategic partners consisting of some of the best and the brightest in the business.
