• Responsible for auditing closing files for accuracy and completeness, requesting final documents to complete file, prepare file for shipping to investor

• Answering and directing incoming calls, create and assist with spreadsheets and record keeping in Excel, maintenance and setup of user accounts, ensure accurate and controlled sales records and documents for reports, provide high-level administrative support to executive leader, general administrative duties, receive and distribute incoming mail

• Provide excellent customer service, identify and solve customers' needs, close sales at the register, assist with window and in-store displays
