Assist VP of Operations in the processing of incoming orders in a timely manner, ensuring that licensing, billing and technical specifications are met for various on board entertainment systems.
Work with Film Distributors to ensure that all elements are in house for film and TV content
Troubleshoot any issues as the order is processed and provide excellent customer service serving as liaison between vendors and distributors.

Create Continuity Breakdowns of all episodes for producers, music department, editors and the story department.

Serve as point person for MTV executive producers and cast members.

Approve time sheets for payroll
Manage Vacation Calendar 
Organize weekly production meetings
