• Managed all aspects of finance and accounting including month-end close, AP and AR, cash management, risk management, cost control, payroll, budgeting, and tax compliance.
• Prepare and present financial package for monthly Finance Committee meetings and monthly Board of Directors meetings.
• Worked closely with HR Director to maintain employee records, performance reviews, annual compensation studies, expense reporting, and travel and entertainment expenses.
• Tracked internal control objectives and report to Sr. Management any deficiencies discovered and make recommendation for curing deficiencies.

Hired to manage all aspect of finance and accounting functions after abrupt departure of incumbent controller.

Brought on board by acquisition team to help this manufacturer of aesthetic devices completes its Q3 & Q4 closes and SEC reporting.
• Working with staff accountants to complete close and reconcile all balance sheet accounts in QAD accounting system.
• Assist in developing accounting policies and procedures, which are consistent with acquiring company.
• Take on ad-hoc projects as needed to support Corporate Finance staff located in Santa Barbara, CA

Financial Consultant

Managing all financial aspects of this $65M private equity backed manufacturer of temperature and gas sensing devices, with manufacturing presence in Santa Clara California, Frankfurt Germany, Magdeburg Germany, and Ballerup Denmark.
• Working with Executive management team to ensure the Company meets or exceeds Board of Directors approved financial plan.
• Managed the 409A Stock valuation analysis and Goodwill impairment analysis working with external consulting firm.
• Oversee a staff of ten accounting professionals worldwide who maintain the daily accounting records and provide monthly financial statements to the Parent Company for consolidation.
• Maintain all aspects of the Company's financial statements, bank reporting requirements, Income, and Sales tax compliance.

Vice President of Finance/Controller

Managing all financial aspects of this $35M privately owned manufacturer of automation equipment for the global semiconductor industry. Including five international sales and service offices.
• Working with Company Owners to secure additional working capital for the Company to meet the production ramp for the second half of 2015. Including extended banking relationships as well as looking at potential equity investment partners.
• Manage the daily cash flow and materials procurement process to ensure customer orders are built and shipped according to the Company's delivery schedule of booked orders.
• Maintain all aspects of the Company's financial statements, bank reporting requirements, Income and Sales tax compliance, as well as fiduciary responsibility for the Company 401K plan.
