• Credit Card Business: Added additional profit by opening up to 800+ credit cards (annually) through Contract Credit Cards and Consumer Credit Cards.
• E-Commerce Sales: Produced $5 million sales, through ordering, picking, shipping and leading with yearly double digit increases since 2015.
     - Maintaining E-commerce website, sales and logistics coordination of outsource service providers for B2C, B2B and Installation Services.
    - Managed staff of 40+ Employees for E-commerce shipping, delivery fleet, distribution, in store and curbside pick ups (to meet all of the needs of our customers).
• Installation Sales: Lead Sales Team, Installation Team and Contractors to increase sales to $8 million dollars, Number 1 improved sales closing store within 420 stores in the West Division (Mississippi River to the West Coast, including Alaska and Hawaii).
     - Installation included: Doors, Windows, Siding, Decks, Fencing, Roofing, Garage Doors/openers, Flooring (tile, wood, laminate and carpet), Appliances, Water Heaters, Water Purifiers, Air Conditioners, Heat Pumps, Cabinets, Counter tops, Toilets, Tubs, Showers, Faucets and complete Remodels.
     - Responsible for generating leads, tracking sales process, coordinating the process of product, installers and ensuring the top care for our customers; while exceeding profits and sales goals.

Store Manager

• Integral Board Member on decisions for New Building Site, Employee Relations, Employee Benefits, Outsourcing Volunteers, Charity Events, Bringing in Donations and Choosing candidate for Housing.
• Increased savings (to Habitat for Humanity) through leveraging margin on sales from Lowe's; thus, decreasing costs to Habitat and allowing faster builds to increase the ability for a family of need to move into homes faster.

• Conceptualized fixtures, built to suit and set up Plano-grams merchandising to enhance the customer interaction on the sales floor and organized easy access (to staff) with back stock product.

• As the concept moved forward, established a website (in 1998) and began selling through E-Bay.

• Worked with Allocations (and Buyers) to bring high margin product from our Hard to Find Tools Catalog; which, increased incremental sales and product began readily available to all stores in the Company.
