I am passionate about the Outdoors, Exploring, and Learning. I have done everything from managing Social Media and Content, to managing live events, trade shows, and internal meetings, to creation of promotional materials. 

Develop, manage, and execute events across the NAM Event Marketing business. This includes GTM, Employee, Consumer/Communities/Purpose and Retail. 
Collaborate with cross-functional team partners to develop experiential strategy, production, and event creative.
Manage agency partners to ideate and execute assigned event activations.
Develop event briefs, event overviews, event recaps and workbacks. 
Responsible for direction and oversight of rooming lists, transportation manifests, BEOs and other hospitality documents.
Responsible for management and communication of event budgets
Responsible for PO’s
Provide timely responses and follow up as needed. Escalate if guidance needs to be provided.

We are celebrating our 100th year in business in 2019, all with the same family owning and operating the company. From our beginnings as a knife manufacturer to becoming the industry innovators in LED technology, we are constantly looking towards the future.

Events
-Manage national, international, and regional trade shows, from conception to implementation, to recap.
-Work with Creative, Operations, Sales, and Executive Management to craft a unique, on-brand experience at each show or event.
-Promote COAST brand at DTC and brand events, while incorporating product sales.
-Manage vendors, suppliers, and charitable relationships.
-Promotional and GWP items, as well as COAST apparel for internal team.

KEY PROJECTS: 

KEEN Utility Road Show
For two years, in addition to my other duties, I managed the KEEN Utility Road Show. Each year we covered over 25,000 miles, 100 show dates, and 35+ states and provinces across North America.

I managed the staff, worked with our partners on promotion and GWP items, logistics, trouble-shooting, and coordination on larger events, such as Summer X-Games and NASCAR at Dover International Speedway. 

I also managed branding the road show from apparel, to promotional items to the look and feel of the rig, all from conception to execution. 

GWP/Promotional Items
I standardized a formal program for Sales Reps, Partners, and staff to order, track, and utilize KEEN Utility branded promotional items. By working with a dedicated vendor, we were able to not only ensure inventory of certain promotional and GWP items, but also track their use. This allowed us to reduce wasteful spending, and prioritize events and accounts. 

This led to a 27% reduction in spending, but allowed us to introduce a targeted spend of items, increasing efficiency and reallocating that budget spend. 


Marketing Specialist, Utility

Our goal in the Marketing Team is to ensure OIA brand's integrity and consistency across 25 countries, while also ensuring our internal stakeholders have the tools they need to bring our message to the marketplace. 

-Content creation for use in internal and external campaigns.
-Created, implemented and maintain Social Media platforms and strategy.
-Implement Sales Support strategy and processes.
-Support trade show participation and involvement.
-Managing the OIA brand and implementing new strategies.
-Presentation creation and maintenance.
-Utilizing the Adobe Creative suite for videos, flyers, presentations, and promotional materials.

KEY PROJECTS:

White Papers
Introduced several White Papers into the marketing materials for the Global Sales Team, which featured OIA's value-added services and capabilities. We turned "sales wins" into tangible, physical and digital sales tools, complete with photographs and detailed descriptions. 

Brand Unification
Unified the OIA Global and BRI brands, after the acquisition of BRI. Conceptualized, developed, and implemented a unified brand across North America, South America, Asia and Europe. Managed the unification from our London office, traveling to corresponding European offices during that tenure. 


Marketing Account Manager, EMEALA

-Established and Maintain all Social Media platforms, including content and visuals
-In-house SEO manager
-Maintain customer communication tools
-Maintain internal Sales Support tools via an intranet program
-Build and maintain PowerPoint content and visuals for internal and external use
-Established and maintain Inside Sales program and processes

CBDM/Marketing Specialist/Social Media Manager

-Outside Sales covering Minnesota, Iowa, North and South Dakota and northern Wisconsin
-Developed detailed SOPs to meet customer requirements for Supply Chain
-Developed efficiency initiatives to improve on-time performance and reduce cost

Account Executive

-Inside Sales and Marketing for five assigned Outside Sales representatives
-Developed strategy and tactics with each rep specific to their region and industries targeted
-Provided custom made marketing materials and aides to improve efficiency
-Promoted to Minnesota, Iowa and northern Wisconsin 
-Outside Sales expanding customer base beyond Panther's core services
