I have over four years experience as an Office Manager and assisting Executives. I have over seven years of experience managing vendor accounts and managing purchase orders. I have over three years experience in project coordination and scheduling. I am very detail orientated and very efficient. I have great organizational skills, pay great attention to detail. • Provide Executive assistance to Construction Directors with all 
Executive duties such as but not limited to;

• Manage directors business calendar and  schedules 
• Review and assure accuracy on construction invoices 
• Execute a successful accurate monthly report on the balance and cost estimation of the   forecast for Mojave Solar jobsite shared infrastructure 
• Maintain accurate balance totals on open purchase order database
• Communicate with vendors regarding invoices and ETA’s of supplies or equipment
• Coordinate strict schedules with cleaning company,  repair company, water company, and any maintenance needed on site
• Site infrastructure scheduling and logistics for removal of construction office trailers, furniture, restrooms, water tanks and utilities 
• Schedule meetings  and send out schedules to office staff and engineer and safety group
• Organize trainings
• Organize and plan company events  for 200 employees with strict budgets 
• Order office supplies

• File all records on daily loads, plant billings, safety meetings and test, delivery packing slips, purchase orders and more
• Order office supplies and lab chemical supplies 
• Utilize automated/server based Maintenance and P.O tracking system
• Update Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) 
• Developed Hazardous Materials Submittals 
• Developed Risk Management Plan for Boron Site
• Develop training documents
•Identified  location and placement of  plant P&IDs
       (Piping and instrumentation diagrams)
