Worked directly with Architects, Designers and Retail Store Project Managers to develop designs of furniture and retail spaces for the construction of new stores. Responsibilities include: managing personnel of the Design Engineering Department, creating Solidworks models and developing design approval drawings/presentations for proposals for customers as well as shop construction and installation drawings for in-house production as well as vendors, monitoring production and fabrication of fixtures to ensure the Design Intent is carried out properly in our in-house shop as well as with mill-work partners, working closely with the finishing department to maintain plating/patinaing matches customer approved samples, and visiting sites and construction managers to ensure proper installation
