TEAM LEAD PRODUCT DESIGNER

Hospital top-tier I.T. phone support working closely with physicians and nursing departments along with network systems engi-
neers and software administrators resolving back-end server issues and update rollouts, directed on-sight technicians to areas of substantial repairs. Acted as a liaison between the Emergency Department's usage of digital software and software administra-
tors, increasing efficiencies within the department.

Self-employed, onsite I.T., and network consultant for businesses of 5 to 30+ employees. Hewlett-Packard (HP) business contrac-
tor for warranty repair and service for all computers, servers, and mainframes. Palm Desert City Chamber of Commerce member
assisting with the future implementation of City technologies. Audio Video (A.V.) consultant and installer for commercial and residential security systems, prewiring for low voltage structured media cabling.
