My goal is to take my 15+ years of sales and leadership experience and apply it to an industry/company that I am passionate about. 

I was born in San Clemente, California. Attended the University of Arizona where I put myself through school while playing water polo. After graduating in four years with my BS in Business/Marketing, I moved back to Orange County. I currently live in Encinitas with my wife and 4 amazing children who keep us on our toes.

Traveling is one of my passions outside of work. Surfing in Costa Rica, Nicaragua, Tahiti, Indonesia, Hawaii and all over California and Baja. Snowboarding throughout Utah, the Sierras, Colorado, Wyoming and Southern California. Next year I’m looking forward to a trip to Baldface Lodge. My family and I have also visited Vietnam, Thailand, Spain, Italy, France, London, Switzerland, Netherlands, Germany, Prague, Kenya and Japan. If we aren’t hopping on a flight, we are towing our Airstream to places like Big Sur or Borrego Springs. We seek out adventures wherever we are.

My professional experience has been focused in the fast paced environment of taking NuVasive from $500M to >$1B in revenue in 2018.  I’m confident I can sell anything. More importantly, I can develop an environment of trust, humility and excitement. This is critical to building a successful sales organization and implementing your sales strategy. I’m the first person to call out my faults and learn from them and I don’t expect my sales team to do anything I wouldn’t do myself.
