Assisted with the production, from pre to post, of various marketing and demo videos. These ranged from interviews with both high and low level employees, to simple screen capture tutorials. Worked on Graphic Design elements whenever they were requested (eg brochures, banners, etc). Coordinated live streams via MediaSite software. These consisted of quarterly town hall meetings, open forums, and convention events. Prepared a weekly newsletter for global distribution across the company. Worked on regular updates to our section of the company website, such as embedding videos and creating separate pages.

Entered various data points, from hundreds of invoices per day, around the state into a database so checks could be sent out. Collated those invoices into daily reports. Delivered weekly parcels to the comptroller’s office

Assist with College Football Broadcasts. Ranging from Setup to Filming to Tear Down

Edited numerous videos for class projects, among other daily duties. Some include setting up workstations for students, copying various projects onto DVDs, and maintaining a detailed record of all footage taped. Worked on collegiate video projects across campus and on other campuses as well.
